Needing sliding glass door rollers

Contractor from Tulsa Oklahoma
House foundation made a high spot in middle of bottom track so homeowner greased the track with a full tub of wheel bearing grease. So it wasn't fun removing the door and when I got the door off all that was left of rollers is what's in my photos plus a couple slivers of metal. I believe someone tried replacing rollers and couldn't find correct ones maybe and took the outer part of roller bracket that attaches to the door and tried to attach the part of the bracket the wheels attached to that adjusts the height. Honestly I have no idea what happened to the other roller or the rest of the one that was still there. They've obviously had a lot of problems with this door the fixed dore is glued in with about a 1/2" bead of adhesive on both sides all the way around. Thank you for your help

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance that we can supply you with the replacement rollers you need however, I'll need a bit more information to confirm. Most rollers are made with an adjustable housing and it is often important for confirm the dimensions of the roller needed for the door. So, to start, I would suggest double checking the door for the housing that should be attached to this roller.

If there is no outer housing then this is, unfortunately, not a project we can help with. It is not possible to identify the roller you need based on the internal portion alone. We also do not carry any rollers made that way.

If you find that this is no out housing, our suggestion would be to try calling the manufacturer (if you can identify who that is) to see if they can tell them exactly what was on this door.

Please let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.
