Needing the sash window balance assembly

Question

I have 3 windows (assuming I should replace the. Balances in pairs, so I would have a total of 6 balance assemblies) that I need to order the dash balance parts.
If it comes preloaded in a kit with all of the springs attached, thus allowing me to just pop it into the window when replacing the old broken ones, that would be great.
The parts in the photo or from the left side of the sash where I pulled the parts out of one of the windows. Because the the balance wasn't working

Thanks for posting. This looks like a 15-251 Balance Support, which works with Series 160 Coil Balance springs sold separately. That '10' stamp indicates you may be able to use the S160-10 10 pound spring, but you can weigh the sash to confirm this as shown in the video below. For a new mounting bracket see the 16-033.
