Needing this replacement part

This is the part number: 3254. I need the one for the left side if there is any difference. Cannot find a brand name on the window. May be from a Great Lakes or Ply Gem window.

Hello there! This pivot bar appears to be a dead ringer. This is most commonly associated with pivot bars that have "8254" printed on them; I have a feeling that's what your code reads, but the "8" was cut off when it was stamped. Happens all the time.
