Needing to order some replacement parts

Hey there. I am confident we can help, but unfortunately that label doesn't tell us anything. Can you remove the balance assembly, including the pivot shoe, and send us photos? Can you tell us the thickness of the springs? They should be 1/2" or 3/8". We'll narrow it down from there.
