New Anderson balance recoil box

My Anderson window needs a new window balance recoil box,
Looking at the Anderson chart,
My window measures,
APROX. 36.5 WIDE
APROX. 23.25 HIGH
THE CHART CALLS FOR A 1031
BALANCE BOX,the pictures should show the Anderson etched stamp
Can this be correct?

Hello, thank you for writing in. We usually recommend removing your Andersen balance and referring to the stamp or imprint on it. However, if you've determined that you are in need of a 1031 then see our 24-1033.
