New Balancer

Thanks for writing in! I believe we have a balance that will work as a replacement for you however, I'll need to see a clear photo of the bottom plastic attachment to confirm. 

I'll also need to know the exact weight of your window. I am, unfortunately, unable to cross-reference the stamp from your balances so the window weight will help to determine the weight range needed to support your sash.

I feel fairly confident that we can supply this balance to you, but all your photos so far have only shown the top fitting. That's definitely helpful, but it's only half the story. In order to make a recommendation, I have to see the bottom fitting, as well. I also need to know its depth.

Please let me know if that would be possible and we can work from there.

The photos you have provided are of the top guide, none of them are of the bottom shoe, unfortunately. We do sell any balances with a shoe that has a 1/2" depth.

The shoe of the balance in the end that has the wheels near it with the rope and pulley system attached.

I will not be able to identify the replacement balances you need without that photo.

Once I have the photo of your shoe, I'll be able identify the correct replacement.
