New Balances

Question

I need 2 balances.  The old ones measure 28 x 5/8 x 1/2, there are no markings.  It looks like your 351 unit with the 2740 option could work. The window weighs 23 1/2 pounds

I agree, the Series 351 looks very close. This comes with a 19-002 top and 15-002 bottom. As long as those match up you should be okay.
