New Balances Needed

I am looking at getting new balances for 2 of our windows that the channels bust. Based upon the pictures you provide, I believe I need a 31" 380 Channel Balance. The writing that is on my old balance is: 30-4 GA2 CMC 19. What strength do I need?

Hello,
A 30-4 stamp would indicate your balance uses a 3040 spring strength option. Thank you!
