New Balances not working properly

Question

After struggling to find a correct balance for my windows, Swisco provided me a link to a custom balance, which I ordered. (D194610, 1529069)

I attempted to replace the balancers this weekend. I think you have the balencer correct. Unfortunately the top sash guide broke during testing the sand or window.

When I removed the balancers and sash, one of the balancers was broken.

I now need a new balancer, and 2 ( I would prefer 8 ) top sash guides.

Searching your pictures, guide 18-188 looks correct, but the dimensions are off, and the downward facing catch tooth is missing.

18-127 is close dimension wise but missing the top screw hole, and the top has extensions that mine does not.

Pictures attached. I would like my window to be back together please..

Hello, thanks for writing. I have e-mailed you a custom order link for one balance, based on what you ordered in your previous discussion. In regards to your sash guide, we don't have that exact product. I agree the 18-188 looks to be the closest stylistically. I would also consider the 18-166 and 18-199. The key dimension is going to be the width, to ensure a proper fit.
