New Casement Crank Mechanism Needed

Question

The gears on the actuator arms jam and prevent the full opening motion of the window. The long arm on the right side is approx 9.25 inches and has 40754 stamped on the underside, and also says EntryGuard Truth. The shorter arm on the left is approx 4.5 inches and is marked 20610.
I also need to get a new folding or T handle as we are putting in plantation shutters.

Hello,

Take a look at the 39-031 and 39-032, but make sure the arm dimensions match the diagram shown below. Let us know if anything differs. These operators use the 39-107FK handle and cover kit if needed. Thanks for posting!
