New Casement Opener Needed

Question

Hello, the wheel/roller on the end of the arm is broken. Don't know if you can just get the wheel or if you have to purchase a whole new unit.
The arm is about 9" in length and the channel on the window is about 14.5".
Can you make a recommendation?

Hey there,

The casement window operator you have reminds me of the 39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator. I am confident this should be the replacement you'll need but be sure to carefully compare the dimensions below. The opposite version is the 39-253LB.

The attachment that fits onto the pin is the 39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slider which slides in the 39-528 14-1/2" Casement Track. I've also tagged a few of the other compatible hardware pieces and accessories below.
