Thanks for writing in! We typically recommend replacements for existing door and window hardware. It is rather difficult for us to recommend parts for new builds because there are a number of factors we cannot account for.
In regard to the hinges, they are not determined based on the casement operator installed to the window. However, the operators are something that needs to be factored in when determining the hinge you are looking to install. Often times, different manufacturers have hinges that are specific to the windows they sell. So it is a lot easier to narrow those down.
The window builder should be able to figure out which hinge is best for building the window and ensuring that it functions properly. Since this a new build, you'll need to do some research to determine which hinge is best for your application. I would suggest researching the difference between the the 2-bar and 4-bar hinges; there are pros and cons for using both.
What I can confirm is that the 36-024HD is typically made to support more heavy duty windows; often times commercial windows but that does not mean that it is the best choice for your window.
