New Castle XT /Insulate 960 Door catch

Hello,

I need the lock catch for the New Castle XT /Insulate 960.

We removed the dog door and we can not find the door catch that the lock goes into.

The lock is a three prong with the top and bottom catching inside and the middle one is a press in button of sorts that allows the upper and lower to release and engage the catch.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello, Paul. I'm familiar with the hardware used by this door, but the parts I've worked with don't match your verbal description. To my knowledge they don't use a three prong mortise lock. That's very peculiar. Would you be able to show me a few photos of the mortise in question? That way we'll be no the same page without any confusion.
