Hi, I have two wood casement windows 26 and 9/16" wide. The white plastic crank cases are mounted on the left side of the 1st window and the right side of the 2nd. The track on the bottom of each window is 11 3/8" marked w lettering "Depress arm to detach" and "Truth" The bottom arm on the crank assembly is labeled "Truth 30744B" The top arm is labeled 20810. The arm operated by the crank is labeled "Entry Gard" followed by text or numbers that are too worn to read. I would like to replace both crank boxes.

I am confident we can help, but to be safe I'd like pictures of both operators, including the link arm(s) that push and pull the window closed. We will do our best to assist from there. Many thanks.

Thank you! Based on these photos I would recommend the 39-032 to start out. We also sell the 39-031 for the opposite side, if you needed it, as well as the 39-107 cover and 39-114L handle. Just note that you can reuse your old cover and handle if the originals are undamaged.
Review our specs below to confirm that this operator is the right part for the job. If not, let me know and we can proceed from there.

Yes, I think that's it. I need the 39031 and 39032 and two cover and handle sets.
