The holes are at 6 5/8".
It is surface mounted and the door frame doesn't have a hole through the side of it for any locking mechanism.
The handle broke off the outside.

Thanks for writing in. This handle set with a green dot isn't available, but past customers have replaced this exact same handle set with our 82-036. Take a look and see if you think this substitute could work for you.
