Your photos resemble the ROTO 39-091 and 39-092 Short-Arm Operators. They work with the 39-224 crank Handle, sold separately. Unfortunately, ROTO discontinued the bracket arm that connects these operators to the window sash, so you'll need to reuse your old arms if possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we do not carry an exact match for your Roto hinges, but the  10" 36-004-10 may work as a substitute. Take a look and confirm the 10" long base matches yours. Thanks for posting!
