I believe the replacement would be the 39-107 Truth Hardware Operator Cover. Is that correct? The dimensions seem to be right/close. Can you identify the crank as well?

Hello,

I agree that the 39-107 should work for your operator as long as the dimensions match the original cover.

If you need the entire operator, we would need you to open the window so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!
