New Mortise Lock

I have a sliding glass door where the mortis lock as failed due to time and usage. I am looking for a replacement that will like up properly with the hole cut for the latch. I have attached phots of part and the door tag as best as I can decipher. If anyone knows where to find the correct part I would be eternally grateful.
