New Sash Balance Springs Needed

Hi, we're looking for a sign of replacement sash balances. The overall length of the metal portion is 27 inches, and it is stamped 26 4 CW CMC 10. Please let me know if you can assist, thank you.

Hi there. I am sure we can replace this channel balance, but before we get too far, can you show me pictures of the 'guts' or underside of the metal channel? Some balances like this have a special configuration we must account for. Once we know whether or not that is the case here we can proceed. Thanks.

Thanks for these photos. This is likely either an S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two channel balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2640.
