New Single Hung Window Balance - Windford window

Question

I am looking to replace one of the window balances as mentioned in the subject of this email. The length of teh metal C-channel is 31". I'm hoping you can tell the weight of the window from the markings on teh original balance.

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either the S380-31 or S385-31 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You'll also need 3030 spring strength options for your replacement balances based on your stamp code, which will support a sash between 16-23 pounds. Thank you and let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
