I have ordered a bunch of the casement windows operators and all of them have been great! The contractor we are using on this last window, the track is missing, so he took some pictures and even measured the area we are missing. In speaking with Deb this morning in customer service she started it would be the 533 so that is what I have put in my cart. We are just wondering of we need the hinge that also goes with this? Any help is greatly appreciated. Regards, Marc

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident we can recommend a hinge for this casement window. Although, to confirm the best replacement, I'll need to know the measurement for the length of track installed to the sill.

In your initial request you mentioned that you were in need of a hinge; however, given the measurements confirmed, I believe the hardware you are inquiring about is the casement window operator. This is the mechanism that gets used to crank the window opened and closed, the hinge is what supports the window sash and allows it to pivot.
That being said, I suspect the 5" measurement you've confirmed is the link arm on a dual arm casement operator. If I am correct, you'll likely need either the 39-031 or 39-032 EntryGard Dual Arm Operator. This link arm should be connected to a bracket but I'd need to see a photo of the one you have to determine the correct replacement.
Be sure to take a look over the diagram below and compare the operator to your existing hardware. If this is not a match, I'll need to see a photo of your operator.
I did want to mention that another option for the track is the 39-505. The difference between this track and the 39-533 is the amount of installation holes it has. I've tagged the other compatible hardware and accessories below for your review as well.
