New Window Channels

Home Owner from Chicagoland area
Good morning - I need to replace some broken channels. The marking on the item indicates #2130. They are 22 inches in length. They are from a home that was build in 1986 (original). Thank you.

Thanks for posting. I think we can help you replace these balances; but I need to see what the bottom end attachment looks like; they are missing in the two balances you show. Do you have a version of this balance with the bottom attachment still attached? Perhaps from a similar window in the house? If you do, please take a picture of this end attachment. This should help us identify what you need. Thanks.

Bob - thanks for the support. This window is unique in my home and therefore, I don't have an alternate one with the bottom. I am planning to "try my luck" with the 350 model.

The 390 model seemed to be the only other one that seemed close to my current parts.

Thanks,
Paul

Hi Paul--a fine name, if I may say so! Bob brought this discussion to my attention. Being this is the only window using this type of balance system, I agree you should stick with the Series 350-22 (with stamp option 2130). The top and bottom balance fittings are nylon, so you can always trim the wings off on the bottom if you need to.
