I am trying to locate new parts for my windows in the USVI. I would like to purchase new roller bars and the bracket that connects to the ends. Do you have anything like that? Do you know what they are called? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

The broken part shown in your photos resembles a kind of torque bar arm. We only carry the 36-081, but I don't think this will work for you since the design is so different.
These windows aren't as popular these days so I don't think this will be easy to find. Your next step should be to contact a local mom-and-pop hardware store that may be familiar with the hardware used in homes in your area. Best case scenario, they may have older parts in stock that you can use. If not, they may at least be able to point you in the right direction.
I agree that the design of your part is similar to the 36-081 but I'm concerned that your part has an opening for the torque bar to completely pass through, while ours does not.
