New balance needed

A home owner from Cedar Rapids, Iowa says:
This window is hard to raise and lower. It looks like a piece of the fitting from the bottom fitting is missing. I would like to get a new set of balances. The window would be 20 years old, not sure of brand and don't see anything on the window

See our S380-33 or S385-33 Channel Balances. The only difference between these two balance Series is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, as depicted below. Compare each with your old hardware to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 3240.
