I'm going to send pictures of windows with broken balancers. Could you tell me what I need?

I would be happy to! Start by looking at our 15-087 pivot lock housing. This appears to match what you show in your photos and is designed to be used with the Series 180 coil spring. We also sell the 15-086 tandem housing, which seems to be used on your upper sash.

Note that if your housings are still in good condition then you can just reuse them. In a lot of cases you just need to replace the spring.
