Hello I am looking for New balances for these windows. this is a customer's home and none of her windows work correctly

Hello!

If you only need the shoe, start by comparing your dimensions to our 15-236. If you need the entire balance, I recommend our S795-30 with the 30B spring strength option. Just note, your old shoe won't be compatible with this new balance since ours lacks that groove in the metal channel.
