New balances needed

I need two new window balances for windows that I have. From the label it is a BS rich window. Code is BFR the rating is H – R 55. The series is Cabernet DH and MST3850

Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid the information on these stickers doesn't help us ID your hardware. Can you remove the undamaged balance from the window and show us photos? Are there any stamps on the balances?
