Hey, Thiago. It's very hard to determine what balance you have without seeing the originals for comparison. Do you have an identical window in the house that might use the same hardware? If so, I'd like to see pictures of their balances. If not, things will be a little trickier. Tell me the weight of your sash and the height of the visible glass and we can try to work something out.
A handy person from San Diego says:
Hi Tom we don't have the old balance anymore and the another windows are diferent. We finally got the weight It's about 12.5 pounds and the height is 20 inches. I hope that you figure it out for us! Thank you Thiago!

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Thank you. If the height of the visible glass is 20" and the weight of the sash is 12.5 pounds, then I recommend our S390-21 channel balance with a 2030 option. I cannot guarantee that this will work, but I think it is your best bet.
A handy person from San Diego says:
Hi Paul we got the channel balance here but I think that is too big for our windows because it doesn't close. Please take a look at the pictures... Maybe I majored wrong or the channel balance S390-21 is not for this kind of window. Can you help us again with??! FYI the balance was good!

Thank You,

Thiago.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Ah, I see. Did you make sure to measure just the visible glass? That's how we base the size of balances. If you gave me the size of the whole sash, including frame, then it would have been too big. Based on what you show me here I think a S390-19 with an 1830 option could work. I apologize for the trouble.
A handy person from San Diego says:
Hey guys we got the right channel balance here! It's working now! Thank you for the help and patience!
