New channel balance

A quick learner from Holmes Beach FL says:
New part from Swisco is on the right, old part on the left. The window won't close once the new channel balance is in. Please advise. Thanks

Sorry to hear the Series 380 Channel Balances didn't work for you. You can review our Return Policy here. I believe the issue is the bottom nylon shoe. The Series 380 comes with our 15-005 shoe attached. This shoe has a depth, or 'heel-to-toe' measurement, of 1". Your balances though might have shoes that are 7/8" deep, in which case you'd need balances with our 15-029 shoes attached. Please confirm your old shoe's depth to confirm, and we'll go from there.
