I'm trying to find the replacement part for my window. See pic. All I know is the windows are 8500 series, if that means anything.
The pic from one window but I have several others I'd like to replace. All my windows are the same. I also need the pivot shoe as well
Thanks for writing in. This pivot shoe looks like our 15-180. This shoe uses our Series 190 Coil Balances. You'll need to choose a specific spring weight for the replacement. There should be a stamp somewhere on your old coil that designates its spring weight. If there is no stamp, or you are uncertain, please give me the exact weight of the window sash, and we can calculate the spring weights you need for you. Let me know if you have further questions.
