New exterior key lock

Quick Learner from Massachusetts

Hi. We are looking to replace lock portion only. Keys lost. We don't understand which parts we need. Right hand or left hand parts.

Thank you

Hello,

It looks like you may have Andersen door hardware. We offer the 82-319 Andersen key lock but I'm not sure if it would be compatible with your multipoint version of the 82-037 mortise lock. Take a look and see what you think.

Hi.

I'm still a bit confused. What is the solution? How do I resolve this to get a key? Do I have a right handed or left handed slider?

Thank you!

The 82-319 is a right-handed key lock since your door closes on the right from the outside looking in. The key lock comes with two keys. As I mentioned, we can't be sure if our part will work with your mortise lock but it would be our best replacement option. If you have any reservations, you could also try reaching out to the door manufacturer directly.
