New handle units needed for these casement windowd

My home is filled with casement windows. I need five replacement units for the crank handles.ss the existing ones are stripped. Names like Truth and Entry Gard appear on the arm. See photos.

Thanks for posting. Start by looking at our 39-031 and 39-032. Look over our information and see how well this matches. I think these may be it, but see what you think.

Paul I would need to buy the operator and the arm? how do we determine which one it is? are there specific measurements I need to take?

is the difference between the 031 and 032 only the direction they turn?

The arm is part of the operator mechanism, you do not purchase them separately. The only thing separate is the handle and cover, but I see no reason why you can't reuse what you have now. The 39-031 and 39-032 are the same aside from what direction they face.
