New handle and mechanism

This mechanism is shot, and super old. We would like to replace all of it. Do you have any suggestions? There are no markings, however. I appreciate your help.

Hi Andrea. The mortise lock resembles our 82-226. For the handle set, see the 82-087. Let me know if you have further questions.

The 82-226 can work with a few different keepers, but we most commonly see it with either the 89-020 or 89-021. Take a look and see if you think either of these keepers could work for your door.
