I need replacement parts. The window wont stay up and i dont know the type of bakance i need.

This looks like a 15-087 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 180 Coil Balances. However, your shoe's cam is a bit different than ours. May we see the pivot bar that fits into it? I just want to be certain it's compatible with our new shoe. Many thanks.

Thanks for answering. Here is a pic of the pivot bar. If you could point me in the right direction thatd be amazing.

Good news. This pivot bar looks like our 26-422, which is indeed compatible with the 15-087 Pivot Shoe. Let me know if you have further questions.
