The doors drop down when opening; when in the closed position, I can lift the doors up, and they seem to "clip" back into place.
I know there is no bottom track, but there is also no support at the bottom pin at the wall jamb; which I'm certain is part of the issue.
Please advise on all pertinent parts needed to repair one (1) set of doors along with a single door.

If I understand your post, it sounds like you're missing a bottom pin as well as the entire bottom track. I can try my best to help, but it will be hard to know what you have without the original part to use as a reference.
Before I recommend anything, do you have an identical door in the house that may still have these parts intact? If so, can you show me them? I would at least need to know the diameter of the pin and the diameter of the nylon cap that goes into the track.
