New pivot hinges for a commercial door

Hello,

I have a hinge top and bottom I want to replace. When look at the door from the outside the hinges are on the left side of the door. The door opens from the right side and swings out. Please see the lower hinge attached. Please let me know what hinge I should order.

I believe you have an older version of our 79-124 pivot. The top door pivot mounting holes are now two vertical holes. You might have the older top pivot with the three mounting holes. If this is the case, then you will need to drill new holes to mount the top pivot to the door. See what you think!
