Window Balance 14 3 JQ CALDWELL

Question

Hello the rope broke inside of my window rail. The numbers stamped on it is 14 3 JQ CALDWELL and the length of the rail metal frame only is 15". There are two plastic mounts on both ends that are not part of my measurement. Can you tell me what part I need? Thanks much!

I think we may be able to help you with this. There are two options for you; our Series 380 or Series 385 channel balance. Based on the measurements of your balance shoe will determine which balance would be the best match for you.
