New rollers

Hi
I need rollers for a PGT Horizontal Roller Window Series 710
They do not look bad, but they will not turn. I am the original owner.
They have not been replaced. They windows were purchased March 2012.
The rollers appear to be too long. They turn fine when they are out of the
window, but when installed they will not turn.

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Most of the roller housing is obscured when installed so I'm afraid I can't get a good look at your roller. From what I can see, I'm not sure if we'll have a match. We would need to see the roller assembly removed from the window, along with the written out dimensions, to confirm.
