New sash needed

I have been trying to find a replacement sash for my window and it's hard to identify ones but random ones on resale sites that I'm unsure of. Can you help out at all to see if you can identify what I may need?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Our S380-27 or S385-27 are my picks depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match for your repair. You will also need to select the 2630 option based on your 26 3 stamp.

It looks like the total depth on the one I have is only 1/2"??!?!

It appears you're measuring the top fitting. What you want to measure is the depth of the bottom fitting on the opposite end of the balance as shown in the image above.
