New shoe? Cam orientation? Part name top of shoe?

After washing windows, did something that caused both windows to slam shut.

Image of shoe is of one that is still intact. Top plastic piece popped off on others and may have fallen out the window during cleaning.

The shoes are in decent shape, except for the small part detailed in one image.

Don't know part name of middle image, but one is missing from the side of one window.

1. Is the cam in the correct position? Fiddled with it when trying to keep window from closing.

2. All that is needed is the top part of the show, as shown in the detail. Name that part!

Have no identifying marks on windows. Apartment building.
