New slider stamped 50721, 27" long

A home owner from Oceanside,ca says:
Hi, I'm looking for a replacement slider that's 27" long. The system has a pulley and a spring inside with a hook that attaches the string to the window frame. This was the part that broke and cause the slider to break. I couldn't find any stamps on the metal frame. Only a stamp on the plastic piece 50721

Hello! This looks like a pretty standard 1/2" wide channel balance for a non-tilt window. I believe you'll have either our S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between them is the style of the shoe. I recommend looking over our measurements and photos for each product to determine the better choice. Let me know what you think!

If you have no stamp on the metal channel, you'll have to weigh your sash on a scale to determine the proper option. This basically indicates how strong the spring is. We have a chart on each balance store page telling you how much weight each option carries.
