Can you also confirm the installation hole center spacings as shown below? I can't promise we'll have a suitable replacement but those details should help us confirm.

Thank you for getting back to us. Your mortise lock looks like the 82-218. This uses a keeper like the 89-020 or 89-021D but you'll have to compare the specifications with the space available in the door to confirm which is the best match.
Unfortunately, we don't sell a handle with 5-1/2" hole center spacing. The 82-218 mortise lock is typically used with handle sets with 3-15/16" hole center spacing like the 82-030. We can't promise this will work for you without knowing what handle the door used in the first place but take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
