Hi, I need to order replacement window balancers but cant work out the correct size. So here are some photos, please help! Thanks Gary

Hi, Gary.

It looks like your bottom fitting is missing or has broken off. We'd be happy to help but we'll need to see some pictures of your bottom fitting to determine which Series of balances you'll need.

Thanks for the additional pictures, Gary! With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-27 or S385-27 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. If the stamp on your balance is "2650" then you'll need the 2650 spring strength option.
