There are no numbers on this operator. I measured each arm pin to pin.
I tried ordering one already but it didn't fit.

Your operator reminds me of the 39-253RB Encore Dual Arm Operator; its opposite version is the 39-253LB. Take a look over the dimensions and the design of the operator to confirm that this is what you need. It is compatible with the 39-529 Truth Hardware Track Slide and the 39-528 Track.
