Need to repair 3 windows with the same issue. Looks like plastic parts are broken on both parts.

Hello there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 26-5/8" which is what makes it custom. I just don't know if these windows have balances for the top sash that need to be replaced as well so could you confirm the exact number of balances you're looking to order? I can draft a price quote from there.
As for the top sash guide, our 18-171 is my pick. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.

Thank you! Those 18-171 looks accurate to what I need for the sash guide. I would want to order about 12 since we have a few others beginning to have some issues.
