NewPro pivot lock shoe

Home Owner from Somerville MA
I haven't succeeded in getting these things out of the frame - I might have to make a cut in the frame somewhere to slide them out and examine and measure them. I'm looking for the correct replacement part. Our windows are decades old. I want to try to make them all work again, many of them are stuck or won't stay open. Thanks in advance.

Hey there. This looks like either a 15-178 or 15-188 Pivot Shoe, depending on the thickness of the shoe. It's best to remove the shoe from the window to obtain measurements to see which shoe matches best. See the video below that shows how to form a 'cutout'. Let me know if you have questions.
