Hello!

Our 82-238 looks like a match for your old mortise lock. The 82-081 is my recommendation for the handle set. These parts are fully compatible with each other but take a look and let me know if you have any questions.

I need to order a double hook mortise lock I thought it came with the door handle I ordered. Will this work with item#82-081

Yes, the 82-238 mortise lock is indeed compatible with the 82-081 handle that you purchased.
