We have identified your pivot shoe as the 15-048 and your handles as 26-147. These parts were also utilized by the Season All window manufacturer. Unfortunately, we could not locate your exact pivot bar, but you may want to consider the 26-262, which you might be able to modify to fit your sash. Additionally, we have the 26-201, which is a pivot bar used by Traco. Review the specifications for these parts and see what you think.
