Thanks for posting! The track socket and case runner you have here are the Rite Trak II system made by Kenlin. If you are looking for a direct replacement, unfortunately, they are not available for resale but we do have a alternative solution that could work for you.

You'll need to use the 32-053 Drawer Track Kit to complete the repairs. Take a look at the video tutorial below for instructions on how to install this kit.
