Window springs

Purchasing Agent from Sioux Rapids, Iowa
We are looking for replacement parts for some windows for a Customer.  I am unfamiliar with these, but upon research it looks like the parts you have listed, could help us out.  We are currently looking for pricing.  And unsure of quantity at this time.  I am not seeing any numbers or markings on existing hardware, but please refer to pictures with measurements.

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we'll need to see the pivot shoe these coils anchor to as well. If there are no numbers stamped on the original coil springs, you'll need to weigh the window sash to determine the strength options needed for the new coil springs. Thank you!

Photos of the pivots attached.  Windows weight 12.4 lbs.  Hopefully this helps.

Thanks for getting back to us. I can't be sure with the pivot shoe still installed, but you may have our 15-111 shown below. If so, this is designed to be compatible with either the 1/2" Series 160 or the 3/8" Series 165. Based on your sash weight, you'll need one 6-pound coil on each side.

Thank you for the quick response.  My customer would like to know if we have to replace the pivot shoes?  or if the current ones are still good, can they reuse them and just replace the coil spring?  By chance, also, if we ordered just 2 qty - 1/2" springs - do you know what the shipping charges would roughly be? to zipcode 50585

You can certainly reuse the pivot shoe if it's in good condition. Shipping is calculated at checkout and will depend on what option you select, since we have a few different choices.
